Smith or Mcnabb?

Smith against Jax or Mcnabb against Wash who has looked good defensively of late?

I am thinking Smith is the better play against that suspect Jax D. I know I have asked this question a few times.

Smith is not a bad play.

McNabb is going vs Wash Def, believe it or not but Wash. ranks #1 in pass defense.

McNabb has a history of stuggling vs the Redskins he has only thrown 2 TDS vs the Redskins the last 4 Games.

Smith might be money in garbage time again....Im just saying.....

smith got me 20 points last week! VD got me 18. crabtree got me 13. yay!

i've rolled with smith twice and gotten good points from him. but he's hit and miss luckily i didn't play him when we played the bears -- he got me like 3 points. i'd just go safe with mcnabb. mcnabb has maclin and jackson.

I actually have the same exact problem. I slated Alex to start this week in my pre-rankings. I think maybe with a little more of the spread implemented into each week, Alex might finally put an entire game together, and not just the 2nd half. I think another reason why the run has been struggling is that Takeo Spikes has been out. I don't know what his status is for this game, but we're going up against Maurice Jones Drew, who could eat up a lot of clock.

I'm going with Alex for now. I don't like McNabb against Washington. They basically blanked Dallas for 3 quarters, ultimately holding them to a single TD.

If you have Alex Smith starting for you, then your fantasy team sucks, unless you're playing in a 30 team league.

This might be the ONE week where Smith /McNabb might actually be a good debate. Jacksonville is horrible against the pass and I would expect Smith to have a pretty good game. McNabb is facing the #1 pass defense in the league that shut Dallas down completely. Plus, Washington isnt great defending the run so I would think that Philly will run more than normal.

Flip a coin here. I still like going with my #1 guy but you should be fine if you go with Alex.
