Actual rank you want to focus on to determine if you have a fair trade or not.

Not a fan of H2H because you can't get an overall feel how your team is doing as a whole. You can have one good week, then one bad week.

For those (John) who think my league is full of idiots...this is the 1st place team (I'm 2nd)...this league has been a very balanced league for years

Was offered Trout and Rizzo for Harper and Cespedes.

I don't want to do it and Cespedes is really coming alive and is raking but so is Trout. Harper will probably be out for at least another week and probably longer. 1B and OF are already my strongest positions so I don't really need Rizzo. I don't want to do it but I want to see what you guys think about it.

Traded Matt Harvey and Brett Lawrie for Andrew McCutchen and Cole Hamels.

12-team, 6-man keeper league. Keepers probably Felix Hernandez, Justin Upton, McCutchen with Mauer/Kinsler/Kemp/Ellsbury/Hamels in the mix.

I'd need to see full rosters for both of your trades. Probably rosters for both yours and the other team.

gosh dang... Tulo is killing me. He was on an MVP type pace.

Closers are really hard to come by. In my league pretty much two guys have 1/2 the closers and the rest barely have any.

Thoughts on my recent deal? Same league I've been posting about. $$$$$ league.

Like I said, this is a $$$$ league...so I am all in. This is the deal I just completed:

He gets:
SP Gerrit Cole (PIT)
3rd round pick

I get:
SP Max Scherzer (DET)
23rd round pick (to even)

How this league works is the player you keep takes up the round they were drafted.

For example, I traded my 3rd round pick. I drafted Evan Longoria in the 3rd round. I was not going to keep him anyway because I picked up Manny Machado in FA (some idiot, I know)...so I plan on keeping 3B set for years w/ Machado for years w/ my 23rd round pick. To be fair though, he picks up a 3rd rounder and gets to keep Cole for a 23rd rounder.

He was a FA pickup, so I could keep him for my final round pick.
