yeah his pitch count got high but if that's what's keeping him from going longer he'll get that fixed, only gave up a run. Strasburg was on the mound for the Nats so that was a tough matchup for the Mets, who were sitting Wright.

Wright is out with a fractured finger. Who knows for how long. As for Santana, it is nice to see him off to a good start. One of the all time best changeups ever.

I would have found a way to keep Hosmer. Sure he has been awful so far but I believe he will come around with so many games to go.
