It's really not a tough choice at all. Jonathan Stewart has to deal with DeAngelo Williams, while Jamaal Charles is dealing with Thomas Jones, who is washed up.
Charles by a landslide.
In a keeper league, I'd still take Charles. He'll have the better career in the long run.

Wasn't people saying that last year about Stewart? yet he got almost 1200 yards and manage to get 10 TD's again. The fact is Carolina is a running team and get both of them their carries.
As for Charles, he now has Charlie Weiss at OC. Plus he does have Thomas Jones as you said. Who just so happen to put up 1400 yards and 14 td's. Not bad for a washed up guy.
IMO Stewart is the choice. Sure Charles may be more consistent as there will be games where Stewart gets 7 or less carries. But his bad games compared to Charles bad games will be about 2 or 3 point diffeerence. Where as Stewarts good games will be out perform those of charles'. Both will have more average to good games than bad games. Thus Stewart as my pick.

Jones has been underestimated his whole career though...
