Hard to say - both are a little unknown at this point. I think Foster is def. the starter for Houston...whereas there is Fred Jackson and Lynch at Buffalo - so Bills may use CJ Spiller differently. But, Spiller is hell of a back. Is this a dynasty league? If so - Spiller will be my choice - hands down.

I like Foster for 2 reasons.
1. Spiller is in a stable of backs anyway you look at it. It's like owning CJ his rookie year. He's only going to rack up points when you don't play him.
2. Houston's offense is elite, Buffalo has the worse offense in the NFL. 2 years ago Slaton racked up 1,300 yards and 9 TD's. There's potential there for a running back to put up nice stats.

I have Arian Foster and I would be trading for CJ Spiller... it is a PPR league

Foster is a pretty decent PPR guy. If I were you - I'll wait. Fred Jackson is the starter when he returns - you'll be giving up a starter for a back-up.
