You're nuts. With your first round pick, might as well select Lendale White.

It's not that bad of a trade, he only moves back 4 spots. Not a very good trade either.
I would of tried to get a 3rd or a 4th though and not a 5th. The goal would be that you get two starters...

So that is essentially C. Johnson/AP and someone likst McFadden, LT, Santonio Holmes for Gore/A. Johnson and someone like Crabtree, B. Jacobs, R. Williams.
Would you give up CJ and Holmes for A. Johnson and B. Jacobs or Gore and Crabtree?
If so, be happy with the deal. If not, you got robbed. Personally, I wouldn't give up the top pick for just a 3 round upgrade. I'd want a surefire starter, not a "hope they have a good season" level fringe starter like you are likely to start finding in the 5th round.

It all depends on who you want. If you plan on taking a QB with your 1st pick then this is a fine move.
Odds are 2/4 of the top backs will have an injury plagued disappointing season.

Nope i wouldnt do the deal at all. Counter 1st overall and 10th round for #5 overall and 3rd round at very minimum.. No one in the 5th round is going to be huge enough that you couldnt find a sleeper filling their shoes in the 8th. 5th to 8th is no where near the value of CJ or AP to anyone else. if he wants CJ that bad he will take ur deal. Some one just traded #1 for 5 and 16 overall.
i traded Tom Brady for a #15 overall in my league. Chose to keep AP and Ray Rice this year.
