Defense help?

Basically, these are my options:

St. Louis @ SF
Jacksonville @ Washington

In Free Agency, there are these teams available:

Min @ Phi
Cin @ SD
Den @ Hou
Cle & Bal
Oak @ Ind
Det @ Mia
Was & Jac
Buf @ NE
Hou @ Den

Seeing as most of the FA Defenses suck are faced with s**tty matchups, my best choice is either St. Louis or Jacksonville. So who would you guys recommend? My gut says st. louis, since troy smith already burned them once and lets be honest: with the exception of the cards, running up the middle hasn't worked for the 9ers against anyone else this year.

i'm too much of a homer in fantasy fb, but st. louis seems like the better choice.
