A match made for both Zack and the Brew Crew. I feel Zack can do really really well here....and I'll take the chance on that, especially now he has a team that can win games just by hitting.

He won a Cy Young as a ROYAL!!!! He is young, and is now the automatic ace on a talented team...its a keeper league, he is keeper worthy IMO. Thanks for the hatorade...you will be first to bear witness. Ih and the conversion from the AL to NL is great for pitchers, AND he plays in the NL Central. Lots of reasons to go here...IMO...

Pedroia's injury is the same one Grant Hill and Yao Ming have had, that helped decimate their careers. Different sport but still.

I hear he's going to play with a pin in his foot , so you wonder if he'll be able to run.

Pedroia's main value lies in his getting 710+ plate appearances per year. He doesn't have above-average power or speed, he is just a stat-accumulator. So if the Red Sox give him time off early in the year so that he can be fresh for the playoffs, that would seriously hurt his value.

The other reason I was afraid to pick him, is I was worried that the Red Sox drop him in the order, which would ruin his "runs" production.

I'll finally take a little risk here. He is in his contract year, and I hope last season wasn't a fluke because he was hammering HRs in Sept. of 2009 as well.

I like Mauer better than Posey, but I decided to go for him after Crzy took the guy I wanted. Plus, I don't like drafting guys from Giants. But yea, I doubt you could have gotten Posey in the next round in a league full of Gigantes fans.

Torres hit a s**t ton last year with an altered swing too. Not saying I don't think Bautista is taking something, but who knows?
