The new Devin Hester.
Picking a Raiders or Niners receiver is just silly unless it's very late.

The guy is an explosive player, he had nearly 500 yards recieving and they didn't even really use him as a WR until week 7, isn't that what a sleeper is?

Josh Cribbs is also an explosive player. So is Dexter McCluster. Explosiveness doesn't necessarily equal production. It's all about opportunity, and the total number of touches Ford will actually get.
I wouldn't be saying these things about Ford if he played for the Colts or Eagles.
Ford plays in a crappy offense. A run first offense, with a horrible QB.
He's coming off an injury. And if that wasn't enough, the NFL changed the rules about kickoffs, so Ford will get fewer returns.
He should put numbers equivalent to what Devin Hester produces each year. Hester, was the 49th best fantasy receiver last year. If your league counts return yards, you bump Ford up significantly. But even then, there are better options in most leagues.

Did I strike nerve with Jacoby Ford or what. Thats my sleeper man, I think he shows more then just being a return man. Mcluster and Cribbs are not even starters on there team, Ford is going to start and see more opportunities with Heyward Bey or Louis Murphy on the other side.

The TE from Cleveland, Evan Moore. Should be able to get him in the last round.

Depending on how his injury turns out, Mark Clayton.
Also, if Lee Evans is still available, get him now.

Last year I picked Foster, Nicks, and Mike Williams as my sleepers and hit on all of them.
This year I think Julio Jones, Tim Hightower, and Matt Stafford are sleepers.

Stafford could be great this year, but the injuries scare me.

Without those he wouldn't be a sleeper
