QB:rivers
RB: Jamal Charles, marshawn lynch
WR: bowe,Loyd,dez Bryant
TE: Kellen winslow
PK: Bryant (falcons)
D/ST: ravens.

Is this any good?

I'm not sure how to rank your team with such a ridiculous scoring system. But obviously in this league QB's rule. And you don't have a top 7 QB.

Is it one point per passing yard too?

i didnt read the scoring system before i signed up and i didnt want to back out after i already did the draft. and yeah its one point for every yard for Qbs too

Your team looks pretty good. Not elite, but you should be competitive (and things can change a lot throughout the season)

I had a beautiful week 1 with the top 3 fantasy running back performances.
