Need some help, I'm pretty good at RB but since i have the first waiver claim I though i should pick up Daniel Thomas to block others in my league from acquiring him. Should i go ahead and use my waiver wire claim on him, or should i use it on David Nelson, Eric Decker, or Fitz Patrick? (Going to be dropping Mike Thomas)

you're team is already solid.. if I had to choose, i would probably go after fitz since you don't have a backup qb. after him, daniel thomas followed by fred davis. you don't really need to waste your waiver claim on a wide receiver since you're not weak in that area, especially with colston on the bench.
EDIT: i would actually drop pierre thomas for daniel thomas. he has more upside and you already have tolbert sitting on your bench as well

Yeah i agree with you on fitzpatrick, just that i don't know if i should use a waiver claim on a backup qb. There are some decent qb's such as hasselback and grossman. I know im pushing my luck, hopefully fitzpatrick last until non waiver period.
So you think it's better to drop pierre thomas than mike thomas? just had a feeling that now with no qb at Jacksonville, there's no way mike thomas even becomes relevent.

Dude get Thomas and trade him for a better TE. Try to get Decker too since hes on fire in both receiving and returns. Check for DEF cause Tenn is looking pretty damn good. Keep P.Thomas just in case Ingram goes down and maybe u can trade later. Id also look to trade another back for a top WR. You got a nice stash so you might wanna check ur trade options before dropping anyone.

I would consider my trade options but people in this league block any trade that makes anyone stronger, they don't care if it's an even trade for both sides. However, you are right I might just keep p. Thomas and try looking for a trade especially since rb's who do something are harder to acquire this year with the split time and injuries.

in a 10 team league, someone has to be really weak to trade for pierre thomas out of all runningbacks.. i guess you don't need to sign a qb since there are decent ones in FA. daniel thomas would be your best bet for trade bait since he's taking over bush's starting role.

Waiver wire just happened nothings gone through yet, But I should have daniel thomas. Fitzpatrick, Nelson, Decker, all got claimed so I wasn't able to get a hold of them. Someone put a waiver claim on scott chandler instead of Fred Davis? So I was able to grab him, Dropped P. Thomas in order for that to happen. Will wait until next week to see if I should keep 2 TE's, don't think I should drop dallas clark yet.
As far as the qb's there is still Grossman, hasselback, and Kolb.
