What to do with Hillis?

I laughed in the face of the Madden Curse when he fell to me late in the 3rd round. I will not make that mistake ever again.

Damn you Peyton Hillis!

At the start of the year it seemed like 3rd round was a good spot for Hillis. I dont blame you at all for pulling the trigger on him at that point. I guess it depends on how big your league was and who you passed on though. Was Matt Forte gone? Dont you wish we had a crystal ball? LOL

I really wanted Forte, he went two spots before my pick in the 3rd round. The backs that went after I picked Hillis were: Blount, Bradshaw, Grant, Ingram, Best, Williams, Jones, Wells, Hightower, and Fred Jackson. Obviously, I had so many better options, crystal ball would have been GREAT.

I also took Fitzgerald over Megatron in the 2nd round

At least I hit the mark right on McCoy with my first pick.

12 team league, I had the 8th overall pick.

The only one I question would be Fitz over CJ. I actually have Fitz in my money league but was praying Megatron would fall to me in the 2nd. I got FJAckson in the same draft on about round 6. So lucky.

Yeah, I totally misread that one. I basically had my top WRs listed as: #1 AJ, #2 Fitz, #3 CJ, #4 Nicks, #5 Jennings, #6 Wallace. I had Fitz at #2 because he put up decent numbers with horrid QBs last year and I thought Kolb would at least up his numbers. Plus, CJ has had some minor injury issues in the past and Stafford is a sneeze away from IR, so I thought Fitz would be the safer pick there. Total miscalculation on my part.

I was also banking on Wallace, Vjax or Austin falling to me with my 3rd round pick, but they were all gone. I had Djax, Bryant and Bowe as the top WRs left at the point when my pick arrived, and I felt I could wait longer on getting my 2nd WR and pickup Hillis, who I thought would at least serve as a solid RB2 option with RBs being pretty slim pickings this year.

Not my finest draft LOL. Still managed a 4-4 record thus far. McCoy has been money.

It's over dude. He has had one good game.

I just can't do it! Unless he's put on IR I just can't drop my third round pick. Plus, the waiver wire in my league is like a graveyard, so it's not like he's wasting a spot on my bench that could be used for something better.

Never give up!
He's active for today's game
