Keeper - All homer aside, Frank or Jamaal?

I need to keep 3 guys and I am picking 1 of these running backs.

Frank is a beast, but he is getting older and really slowed down toward the end of this season.
Jamaal is coming off tearing his knee, but is young and will have a full year of recovery.

I am torn, I see more upside with Jamaal but I see less risk with Frank.

Go with jamaal. Frank looks like he will barely make it out of the playoffs.
