Ya, youre also right though. I dont know if I want to keep him anymore. He's way too inconsistent and strikes out a bunch, also doesn't hit high for average. I don't feel he's worth his value anymore

I hate guys like that.

Of course. But, my scenario was based on a strong 2nd half. He's batting over .310 last month and a half and finally gettin' the ball to leave the park in August. If he continues that, he'll have some trade value. But yes, at that point - IT is better off keeping him. Talent is there...it's about gettin' there mentally for Upton. If he goes back to hitting .260...he has no value and IT shouldn't keep him.

Upton will have a first rd or 2nd rd keeper value though. It would shock me if someone actually gave up picks for Upton when they could easily draft him there and more than likely in the 3rd or 4th rd. Take April and a couple of weeks in August away and he has been pretty bad.

Yea...I mean, I wouldn't trade for him. If IT can get val in the league, he's got a shot

You have 4 good players on your roster...you'll be fine. Also, you can trade for a keeper. You'll have all the options available to you.
