Need flex advice

Golden Tate or Justin Forsett??? ppr standard one week money league... At first I was thinking Tate because Atl has Horrible defense, but now I'm leaning towards Forsett even though Denver had the 2nd ranked run defense last year only giving up 80 yds a game. But I know Baltimore is going to want to run it early and often to grind down the pace and try to avoid getting in a shootout with Peyton Manning. What are your thoughts?
