Maybe he is on a plane, because he's not responding to texts. I'm annoyed that he wouldn't let us know he'd be gone for this long though when it was clear he'd be picking today. We can figure out how to deal with long delays if notice is given beforehand.

IMO
1) We have to give him at minimum 24 hours to make a pick or to respond by text. We didn't have a rule before about time limits so have to give him a bunch of time
2) If no response by then, we refund his money and look for a replacement

Good point, I think moving forward (assuming he does pick eventually) he should have to post a pick or text reply with a a two hour window or he is removed. Just too much history of him delaying picks IMHO.
Nothing against him, I don't have a positive or negative opinion of him. But the delay in drafting is killin us
