Will either of them come back producing like a top 10 back? ive picked up Starks in all leagues and Rawls in 1. Should I try trading or would they be worth a stash

Nobody will trade you for either of those guys. You are stuck with them. If you have any other trade bait or players of value, you might want to consider moving them for a bundle.
