In VA we are one of the states that has been affected by the bill that was passed a year or so ago, that any fantasy football money leagues must pay a fine to operate it's business.

There are the big ones like Draft Kings and FanDuel that elected to pay the fine but I'm looking for a season wide 12 team live draft kinda thing. Does anybody know of any fantasy sites that still operate under those guidelines in VA? The league that I've used the last 7 years has shut it's business down in VA.

Fantrax has money leagues available not sure if being in VA is as an issue though.

Only thing I noticed with fantrax last year is there was no trading allowed. Which I suppose isn't a bad thing when you have "strangers" involved for money.

If I remember correctly they had a wide range of buy ins too.

They also have different setups. Some are PPR some arent.



Some are rotisserie some are H2H.

buys are 10, 25, 50, 100, 250. Alot to choose from

2 spots open in the $25 PPR league on fantrax I joined. Draft is September 3rd 7pm est.

Thanks. I ended up finally finding one. Just did the draft last night.
