Everyone has $100 of free agent money to spend on free agents. You can bid anywhere from 0 to 100 on any FA starting immediately. Yes, you can bid 0. The winning bids will be awarded each Tuesday. If the highest bids are the same then the team with the higher FA claim # will get the player. Right now, James has the top FA position.
