Hey, floating this here and will go with the group. But obviously the playoff games yesterday did not end as planned. I personally think had the game been played, you could have seen something different than what it is.

Having said that, what do you guys think about splitting the 1st & 2nd game money between those two teams, and doing the same for the 3rd and 4th placed teams? Just doesn't seem fair as is, and is a totally different situation than an owner making a bad roster decision for example.

Lets see how Yahoo plays it. Even though I am pretty sure I would have won the match for 3rd, I agree that we should split the money if Yahoo simply ends the league. Seems like the only fair thing. Now, I would have a different opinion if one team had a 60 point league over the other with basically no chance for the trailing team to win. But both our contests are not like that.

the other option would simply be to use the week 18 stats for the players who played Monday night and erase all stats from the game.

We could split it by Yahoo!'s odds / percentage chance of winning

For instance, I had 51% chance of winning so I get 51% of the shared pot between 1st and 2nd

That's what I'm doing in the league I'm the commish, except if the Bills vs Bengals game gets rescheduled then those points take precedent.

yahoo recommended managers of leagues to wait until the NFL makes a formal decision before manually changing scoring or making a decision on handling the championship game. It says week 17 standings will update for now, but scoring updates will be adjusted and applied once a decision is made by the NFL.

I am fine with waiting. And obviously t health of the young man is more important than a couple of bucks. Just trying to be fair.

Since we are waiting and not using week 18 it appears there are 2 possible outcomes:
1) Game is never played or continued and the stats are what they currently are.
1st Blizz
2nd Ron
3rd NJ
4th Jim

2) they play the game in week 19
both fantasy games are close and will be decided. No splits of money
