Is there any proof though? Is there such a thing as a "He said-He said" case?

Great now our pass rush is going to suck, which means our secondary might suck. Going to lose the best pass rusher in the game because he's too much of an idiot to stay out of trouble.

DONT hit the panic button just yet , Not true Lemonier started to come around through the season he has a good chance to fill the void if we do cut ties with this knucklehead

No proof he was intoxicated. Keep in mind they let him through AFTER he made the "bomb" statement. So it's possible they suspected he was drunk, let him through anyways, then changed their mind and tracked him down at the gate.

jesus christ...his brain is half potato, half joshuatree.

Smith was intoxicated although NOT excusable behavior but I do understand his judgement was impaired

As they say, sobriety is a process. Aldon just really needs some help. Let's just hope the worst is behind him.

Says he wasn't intoxicated though. Now since he has had issues with drinking I would assume part of his rehab would be to not have a drink at all. Is that realistic? I don't know. Is the man no longer allowed to have a drink?

We would be screwed. Corey ain't Aldon.

I really hope so. I'm pulling for him. I'm concerned what the ramifications will be if this was yet another alcohol-induced incident. If I remember correctly, the team has been very supportive, but made it clear to him they would be strict going forward if he continued to abuse alcohol.

Yeah, if this is true, he's done. If proven that he was intoxicated, he's going to be facing a lengthy suspension from the league, then Baalke won't have any option but to cut him loose.

So f-n stupid. On the bright side, after a year out of the league he'll sign somewhere and break the single sack record....
Can we sit him for the year without pay?

Can we bring in Singletary to scream and yell at these idiots and turn them into future Vernons?

That actually could be the case. My girlfriends neighbor has had 2 DUI's and he's not allowed to be in possession of alcohol or could be arrested.

wow. that doesnt even sound real; it sounds like the type of dialogue that might be written in a sitcom that gets cancelled after five episodes
