They don't even have to trade their 2nd 1st to potential outbid us. They got 2 2nd rounders to play with.

I'd rather take one of the qbs in the draft than Jimmy g. I dont get all this hype around him. Doesnt have much experience at all. He had 2 decent games and everyone is acting like he is a savior. I'd take mitch trubisky,watson, Mahomes in the 2nd or falk in the 3rd before I spend a 1st and 4th on him (what bill b wants). Remember that Jimmy is on his last year. So we would give up those picks for a one year trail run.

The 49ers wouldn't be spending a 1st and 4th on Garoppolo.

that's an insane asking price, I thought a 2nd and 4th would get it done easily..i guess desperate teams forced this price, and the Bradford trade didn't help much either..

The Niners, browns, bears, and jets possibly even Jaguars are the most QB needy team. All of which are in the top 10 in the draft. No way any of those team will trade their first. However, 2nd Round and a 4th pick is a more possible scenario and will most likely happen if a trade is done.
