Just a depth signing. Probably will be in a couple of plays a game. Knock on wood.

Remember when we were really deep at CB? We had Rogers who was playing his best football, Tarell Brown, Chris Culliver, Perrish Cox, and Traimaine Brock, who has been a starter for multiple teams in this league was our 5th corner. The starting corners we have now (Sherman and Witherspoon) are better, but we have to build that depth back up. Hopefully we can get back to that in the next year or two.

For a 5th/6th CB, I won't complain about Johnson being here. I would take him any day of the week over Mabin.

The fact he is back with the team tells me that Joe Woods believes he is worth keeping around for a good back-up.

Woods has done a great job with Ward and Witherspoon and Moseley, let's see what he can do with Johnson. The fact other teams have cut him only tells me they can't see what Woods sees.

Waived him for Celek, but Spoon didn't go active so we're thin at corner.
