Aint nothing wrong with that. Good for him. We all have hated him as a player at some point but as a person hes never been anything but an upstanding teammate as far as I know. Never heard of the guy drunk driving his cars into trees, getting stabbed at his own parties, or banging teammates girlfriends.

I don't hate the guy, I remember he showed some promised as a rookie... but the point that he never developed, c'mon, some where along the line, you gots to know that he can't play no'mo..

Oh wow DJ's mom passed away before the game today.

Very sad news for the 49ers family. Dontae Johnson's mother had a heart attack and passed away this morning, #49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said. He was back home with her. "He has a lot of people who care about him when he comes back," Shanahan said.

I know how you feel, it's been almost 3yrs since my Dad's death, it's one of the reasons why I didn't get on Joe Williams, even if the death was 10+ yrs prior, you still hurt, especially if you had a special bond with that person you lost.

I was afraid it was a family issue. Prayers for DJ and his family. That is always a tough pill to swallow. I worked with my dad everyday for 37 years so losing him 2 years ago was tough. Work has never been the same.

What a sad day today. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. One of my good friends past away this morning too, it was hard for me to get into the game today.
