I am praying that the Seahawks or Cardinals don't sign this guy. He is a beast and would thrive with us or SEA/ARZ. His off the field problem is gone case was dismissed I dont see him getting more than a 4 game suspension. Give the guy a 1 year prove it deal.

I'd give him a 6-year deal with caveats about off-field issues.

Not sure why you guys are still holding out hope for this guy. Baalke completely shot it down.

But expected suspension is only a few games. It can't be an enough reason for not pursuing him.

I know he tends to go against positive sentiments, including saying "this is our guy" or "he's in our plans" and then trading or cutting the dude. That scenario makes sense, because you're showing the market that you value the player. But, I'm trying to think of an example where he said "we absolutely aren't interested" and then signed or traded for somebody. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, but nothing comes to mind.

Raiders interested in Hardy.

Baalke, you *$^& pick up the phone and make some calls, asap.
One of the top-rated free agents left in the Class of 2015 has caught the eye of the Raiders.
According to Jordan Schultz of the Huffington Postand NBC Sports Radio, the Raiders are "in discussions" with Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy.
PFT's Mike Florio confirms the Raiders have interest in Hardy, who is on the commissioner's exempt list stemming from domestic violence charges that were dismissed in February after he was found guilty in an earlier bench trial. The NFL has ruled that Hardy can sign with a club, though more discipline is possible.
The 26-year-old Hardy emerged as one of the NFL's top pass rushers in 2012 and 2013, notching a combined 26 sacks in that span. However, he played in just one game a season ago before being placed on paid leave.

So we're gonna let jimmy graham go to Seattle while we sit on our hands? I'm praying baalke has something huge up his sleeve unless he's content letting the f**k heads in Seattle continue to have the best chance every year to at least make it to the sb

Just because we haven't acquired a big name like Jimmy Graham doesn't mean we're sitting on our hands.

Free-agent defensive end Greg Hardy has started negotiations with a team that does not want to be identified,

Maybe it's us and Baalke didn't want to show his hand.
