Not only no, but HELL NO!
Makes me sad that there are people are willing to overlook his shortcomings because he can play Football. It's not something like Public Intoxication or possession of Marijuana we're talking about here.....
Just.........nevermind....

A Chip-Kelly defense is one where you're going to have to rotate guys in & out even more than usual. Hardy can come in on passing situations & use the Niners to try to earn another big contract. The Niners have a ton of cap space, and Hardy's a great buy-low kind of player.
Dude stop it...he hasn't learned a damn thing and you'd be creating even more locker room BS. I hope his arrogant ass never steps on the field. Hasn't learned s**t, if Jerry jones doesn't want you what does that say?

Because... Why? Is he running for mayor or something?
This is sports. When's the last time you heard a football fan say, "Yeah, my team won the SB, but I wish they would've lost with nicer guys"?

He can beat off in front of people like Charles Haley did in the locker room for all I care if he gets pressure on the QB playing 20-25 snaps a game for 3 million dollars.
Locker rooms are better off when teams win.

From what ive seen i still doubt the incident, Im sure he probably grabbed her but im not too sure on the fact that he beat her. If he threw her on a some guns then the guns were more than likely already there not like he pulled the gun out and pointed it at her. I just question the whole situation, and with it being questionable to me instead of a surety i like to not condemn people. I dont see whats wrong with giving him a 2 year non guaranteed deal

It's not really about "condemning" someone for me. It's more like acknowledging the reality of the situation. The guy was an under performing distraction in Dallas and his recent comments have done nothing to convince me his stint here would be any different.

As if its perfectly normal to have like 20 guns randomly strewn across a bed. I own several firearms, have never felt the need to lay them out all across my bed or anywhere else. That he came out and gave a complete b******t denial in the media and refused to accept blame for anything just shows that he is completely oblivious.
Forgetting that he's a giant piece of s**t off the field for a second, he was less than stellar for Dallas on the field and a locker room distraction to boot, getting into fights with teammates, showing up late, just being a general all-around headcase.
If the owners in the NFL have any integrity this guy will never play another NFL snap.

They have convicted child molesters out here that come out and get great jobs knowing their situations. And i as well wouldnt take blame for a situation if my girl snapped on me and started going crazy and I had to grab her to restrain her(grabbing her and/or pinning her against a wall or whatever is close) from hitting on me or breaking my things. And can you imagine they have players in the locker who dont know anything about the situation your going through but making smart remarks against or towards you because they mental have convicted you just based off what the news has put out. Of course there will be fights in the locker room behind it. Same thing when Riley Cooper came back to the Eagles and he got in the fight with Carey Williams except Cooper was actually on tape. I think he knows this is his last ride so he has to walk the line straight.. How many players in his locker room have spoke out against him? None that ive heard.

Right. That's why the Niners should sign Tim Tebow. He sucks royally, but at least he's a nice guy.
You'd probably think half the league is a scum bag if you saw 'em enough outside of football.

Yet he still led the team in sacks. In his worst season.
You just don't get to sign guys like that for cheap. And the Niners need quality + a ton of quantity due to Chip Kelly putting the defense on the field a lot. He's a perfect fit in SF as a 20-25-snap guy.

I don't look to the NFL for people I respect. I look to the NFL for people who are good at moving or stopping the movement of pig-skin ball. Pro' athletes in general are huge douche bags. If your prerequisite for playing for a team is that you're a nice person, you're going to make the Cleveland Browns look like the 80's 49ers.

Where did I say he had to be nice?? He almost beat a women to death then paid her off...dude has zero remorse for it and you want to reward him with a contract and the ability to play a game?! That happenes to any regular person who doesn't have money he's in jail. Football players are asses whatever, but I draw the line when it comes to beating a women how you don't blows my mind.
If some team doesn't have any sort of morals and wants their franchise to be thrown thru the mud yeah hey they can have him, I'll add he wasn't the" The Kraken" last year.
The fact that you actually want this felon on our team makes me lose a ton of respect for you
