If the 49ers do sign him, Goodell will def suspend him because he hates the 9ers anyways. So I see it as a lose-lose situation anyways.

Why does everyone want to sign him?? He'll cost WAY too much and if you want a rotational rusher, look at this draft... Absolutely stacked

If u can give Aldon like 100 chances n Ray a 2nd chance & Brooks a 2nd chance & Dave Chappelle i mean (cough cough) Jerome Simpson a chance why not Hardy he has 1 incident but man i am telling u this guy is a beast on the football field with us losing our generals we need someone like this dude to help out on D. Make it happen Baalke.

Robinson admits it's "way early" on Hardy, and his free agency might "drag on" for awhile. Hardy would form an incredibly imposing edge-rush tandem with Aldon Smith. Off-field issues are the main deterrent for Hardy's market value

Not sure he would be able to get a ton of cash this go around..he will sign a short prove-it deal similar to A Smith I'd think.
