NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini reports Percy Harvin has yet to sign with the Bills, and the 49ers "could be making a play" for him.

What have we learned this week? Don't consider anything official until the team announces it. Russini isn't suggesting the deal with the Bills won't get done, but the point is that it's not yet been signed and Harvin may still be considering his options. Maybe he's having second thoughts on tying himself to Matt Cassel.

Chris Tomasson ‏@christomasson @ArmandoSalguero who is a solid reporter is reporting in Miami Herald that Mike Wallace trade likely to Vikings.

League source tells me Percy Harvin is joining #Bills, not #49ers

Multiple sources say it's not over until Percy Harvin signs. Told "he will probably wind up in Buffalo but SF is trying" #Bills #49ers
No.......just say no

My thoughts exactly.
Bills deal done, but would have been interesting to see him up against sherman twice a year....if he doesn't get injured.
Dude is made out of glass and a cancer in the locker room. Having said that, this offseason has already been complete s**t, so might as well just go all in. f**k it, sign him, sign Reggie Bush, sign Greg Hardy... SIGN EEEEEERRYYYBOOODYY!!

Whose publicity stunt?
The current free-agency cycle has featured plenty of backpedaling by players who agreed to deals and then didn't sign them. A source with knowledge of he situation tells PFT that receiverPercy Harvin won't be the next one to do that.

Diana Marie Russini of NBC4 in Washington reported within the last hour that the 49ers could be making a run at Harvin. Per the source, it's "100 percent Bills," and Harvin won't be the latest guy to fail to follow through on an agreement.

The contract hasn't been signed, but the language has been reviewed and both sides regard the deal to be done. Soon, it officially will be done. For now, it's unofficially done — which is good enough for Harvin and the Bills.

He would've fit a desperate need: a slot WR and a returner. But too bad he's a bad teammate and gets injured alot
Looks like Harvin to Bills is finally official. Reported 1 year, $6 mil..
