I couldn't agree more, I'd even throw in a 2021 3rd round pick.

Mmm no. I would pick up a receiver with that pick.

Why not, he's still young and is still one of the most dominant receivers out there.

I'm betting Shanahan would do it too after they tried trading for him for over a year.
Exactly, they really tried before and there's no damn wr who'll be able to hold OBJ's jockstrap worth it at the end of round 1 where we would be picking. Huge difference if we were picking top 5 to bottom 5

I gotta admit, I didn't really want OBJ before, but when I heard Lynch and Shanahan tried to trade for him, I had a change of heart. But you're right, from where the 9ers will be drafting, I'd take OBJ over any WR at that spot. If anything, he'll be traded closer to draft day or ON draft day.

the good thing this time around that unless that AFC team is picking really high I dont see Dorsey trading him in conference. At the end of the day the Browns still think theyre a playoff team and wont help out an AFC team that they see a threat. Just the thought of Kyle scheming OBJ open not that he needs much scheming with his skill it can be Julio Jones ATL all over again then add Kittle, Deebo in his 2nd year, Sanders being back if he takes a team friendly deal along with the running game damn I dont see how we wont be the best team. Even now I think were already up there in the league. If we dont win this year because of the damn lack of wr help I dont see how Kyle doesnt push Lynch to go get OBJ at all costs

Picking between 28 to 32, WHY would we NOT trade for OBJ???
How about this....would OBJ take a paycut to come here? Only way I see that working. If he does...I'd gladly part with our first.

Incarcerated bob isn't a legit source? :)

This dude is a goner next season. Lets give them a call and see how they feel about a late 1st

I have a feeling NE will also make that offer or beat it... UNLESS Brady leaves.

I badly want OBJ though, so hopefully he request to be traded here and Cleveland does right by him.
Lets make some calls and see. We are in a SB window right now. But deebo and sanders are doing real well for us.

Problem is Sanders is getting pretty old. Hes probably got another 2 years of good football. While OBJ is still young. Deebo, Kittle, OBJ, that's a core you can keep together for at least 4 to 5 years.

An OBJ/Deebo/Kittle core with our running game would make this offense virtually unstoppable with Kyle scheming. I don't care how crazy the dude is, it's worth it to give this kind of lineup a shot. You're talking legit dynasty aspirations with our defense.
Could we even fit him under the cap?
