Trade for OBJ

Lol. Dude loves other dudes for sure.
I'd do it under two conditions:

1. The price is only our 1st pick, nothing more.
2. We have a long-term deal worked out that's not insane. We definitely would have to make him the highest paid WR and I'm ok with that. Just nothing in the $20m+ range.

This dude is too talented to scoff at bringing him in.
NO

Dude is a giant cancer who will never be part of a winner.

Seriously, this.

People are crying about him being a diva, but really imo it's more about the lack of leadership in the giants locker room. Eli Manning doesn't seem like the type of personality to keep a guy like Beckham in check.

I also think a lot of his issues are overblown just cause he shows a ton of passion for the game. When Brady shows fire, people love it because he's a champion, but anyone else is a diva.

I would welcome ODB with open arms because I could see him and Jimmy being the #1 duo in this league for the next 5+ years. I see what Shanahan did with Ryan and Jones and expect even bigger if we got Beckham.

He was the best player on an 11-5 team two years ago...
Why would we want to mess with the chemistry that is developing? Once this team is inherently strong and leadership is firmly established, only then can you consider a talented distraction assuming he is willing to align himself with that leadership.

seriously. There were alot of problems in that locker room but Beckham was low on that list.

Plus, did anyone notice how much worse the Giants offense looked without Beckham. He is easily their MVP and made Eli Manning looked good enough to keep his job.

Ya'll are crazy if you dont want to at least look at the opportunity to acquire a top 3 WR.

So why are people calling him a cancer? What has he done that's so bad?
Guys like OBJ & Dez don't hit the open market and would cost us a ton in a trade. You have to draft those types of WR's if you want a franchise receiver without selling the farm.

Dez will hit the open market but I'll pass on him. He's simply not that good anymore.

I honestly don't think it would cost the farm to persuade the new Giants management to move Beckham.

1 - He's looking to become the highest paid receiver in football and this could create a team distraction if chooses to holdout in the near future if they don't give him a long-term deal.

2 - New management didn't draft him, so they have no personal ties to him.

3 - New York is rebuilding and his personality may not mesh well with a rookie QB.

4 - Obtaining another top 10 pick would help speed up the rebuild. Having another top 10 pick would allow them to select the best player in the draft in Barkley and still get their future franchise QB with our pick. Coming out of this draft with Barkley and Mayfield is very tempting and would create excitement in New York.

5 - This league's history is filled trades involving premier WR's who got moved during their primes. We traded Owens, Minnesota traded Moss, and more recently we saw New Orleans trade Jimmy Graham ( He's a WR imo) even though he was a dominant force in their offense and still young.

Beckham being moved this off-season wouldn't be shocking at all and I bet the price won't be unreasonable either.
1. Allen Robinson
2. Sammy Watkins
3. Martavis Bryant

No to Dez or ODJ

I have low confidence in OBJ. Football aside he is potential cancer. He is a baller, I'm not being dumb on his talent, it's the attitude.
