ehh Hard Pass, no thanks, rather stick with what we have than sign him, not even sure what kind of contract he'd want, we're very very tight against the cap.

+1. Had Mostert been traded or held out I'd be all for it but right now we have our guy.

Just sign him. What's the worst that can happen

Uh let's see, we sign him to a deal similar to Ansah's deal, he plays 1 or 2 games, and gets re-injured, so yeah, no thanks. If that happened, everyone would just blame Lynch, as always. Cause apparently you're not supposed to get hurt in football.
Ez pass. Not only would he be a pain in Kyle's ass, but his running style is terrible for an outside zone scheme.

Just curious, but if what you say is true, why did Shanahan pursue him??

My thoughts exactly. We were supposedly one of the teams in the mix before he signed with the jets. "On Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported the Niners' "strong offer" wasn't enough to overcome New York's four-year, $52.5 million proposal reported ESPN's Adam Schefter or Bell's "youthful affinity" for longtime Jets backfield star Curtis Martin"

Personally, I think he would be a good pair with Mostert but who knows what the FO is thinking right now.

Lynch needs to be thinking trades for defense not looking at rb's
Could be a good replacement replacement to Coleman. Kyle likes FAST for his runningbacks but also values gadgets it comes down to the $ and if he can block imo. Calling him washed up at 28 years old going to one of the worst teams in the nfl while the HC openly says he didn't want you is damning. Haven't really seen Bell play these last few years but saying ez pass or it wouldn't be a fit doesn't make sense. That being said I don't see us landing him, after that whole debacle he's going to want to go to a championship team I see him going to the patriots, Green Bay, or even Seattle
