Let's talk about facts. Odell has never been in trouble off the field. Allen Robinson was coming off an ACL so there is concern of him not being the same. Odell broke a bone. He will be the same.

So you do know what you're getting on the field. To say otherwise is just complete madness. You pay him 17 mill because he's a top 2 WR in the league.

And again Odell has NEVER been in trouble off the field. He celebrates and gets emotional during games. Please stick to FACTS and not emotional arguments.

It really doesn't. He's never failed a drug test or been arrested for possession of any illegal narcotics. Too many are jumping to conclusions over a 4 sec video.

You realize you can probably say this about the majority of athletes and entertainers in the world right? Just because someone you associate with does drugs, it doesn't mean you are guilty by association. The funny thing is it's a groupie chick he seems to barely know. Some are acting like the person was a long time friend or something.

If anything you'd hope that he learns from this and doesn't allow anyone to tape him in personal settings like that, but people need to realize that single young superstars don't live the same type of lives as the rest of us. Some like to party, but once it doesn't interfere with their profession, big deal. I don't hear people complaining about Gronk, or is it because he hasn't been caught on video yet in a compromising situation at the many wild parties he usually attends?

We are supposed to believe that he is interested, because he is a GM of an NFL team. OBJ is one of the most dynamic players in the NFL, and if ANY general manager doesnt have interest, he shouldnt be holding that position.

Yup...I'm fine building up the team with good young/cheap talent. They will/have gotten some big names in SF via FA as well.

I just don't believe in going hog wild on FA...it's not a long-term solution IMO. The Rams better be able to draft well because they're gonna be tying-up a ton of money into a handful of guys for the foreseeable future.

1-His injuries...he's played one full 16 game season since coming into the league
2-DIVA-Dude is a diva and there's no question about it.
3-MONEY-are we willing to pay him around $20 million per yr?
4-compensation-Do we want to go nuts and give up 1st and 2nd rd picks for a WR?
5 Video-While it's not a huge deal it has to be looked at a little (I doubt anything comes of it)

Those are a lot of things to think about acquiring OBJ.

is the juice worth the squeeze? I'd be in for a 2nd this yr and next...nothing more.

I don't think many care too much about the weed because it's a stupid rule considering the amount of dangerous pain medication NFL teams pump into their players to keep them playing. He has also never been busted for smoking, so at least he's smart enough to not get caught, which you can't say about many dumb players in the league, even though the system is set up to avoid detection, unless you are a complete idiot.

The biggest thing you take away from that video is the possible use of cocaine and you never see Beckham touching it.

Young people party. Young millionaires party harder. Young and famous millionaires do it on a larger scale, so you'd have to be pretty naive to think many athletes aren't in tons of situations that involve sex and drugs.

He's really only missed a lot of game at in 1 season and that's this season. And he missed the first 4 of his rookie season I believe. He's not injury prone. Just stop.
