I'd rather have Beckham if some silly rule existed allowing you to only carry one player with character concerns. Beckham doesn't get in trouble with the law and he's a much bigger impact player.

I still think it's ridiculous that some think our locker room would fall apart if we add another risky player. Lynch obviously doesn't feel that way since he's the one who made the comments about building a certain culture and then he heavily pursued Talib right after the Foster incidents.

Yea I really don't think Lynch is hell bent on the character concern stuff. He';s more of a risk taker. I think OBJ's salary would cause him not to come to SF and not his character. Not to mention we need to separate a guy being a diva versus a guy who's getting arrested in the off season.

Yep. The video is a non issue. There are many other issues with OBJ to consider but the video is not one of them. He was just sitting there.

I wasn't really up to date about the zeke issue but what proof did they have on him? He was accused of it but never charged with anything. It was basically her word vs his correct? I also believe this all took place before he was even in the NFL?

Zeke's incident had to have the police involved. Beckham's incident is everyone seeing a few seconds of a clip and then having their imaginations run wild to try and piece together what they saw.

The league would have to be complete fools to think they could win that fight if they pursued it.

Dude I'm just saying...he was never charged of s**t end of the day. Anyone can call the police on anyone doesn't mean they are guilty of anything. This accuser at one point in that article was talking about blackmailing him lol.

My point is we have no idea what the NFL will do....T Brock got arrested and the women he beat had clear signs of injury( she went to the hospital). Later she wouldn't corporate with police and everything was dropped, which lead to the NFL not suspending him.

Who knows what they will do.

I'd rather let someone else pay him huge money. The guy is a great talent but so mentally weak...if a DB gets into his head at a key moment in a game it doesn't matter how talented he is...he's going to flake out.

Here is the main question though. Did you actually see Beckham do anything wrong in the video?

As I said, everyone is speculating about what happened without actually having any evidence that Beckham did something wrong. No one knows exactly what was in his hand, if it was illegal, if he actually smoked it, what the white powder was, or if he or anyone else actually partook in using it. Eveyone is piecing together a 4 second video and filling in the blanks with their imaginations. That's ok for fans and the media to do, but good luck trying to take away money from someone when their expensive lawyers will destroy the credibility of such a video.
