Ansah, Melvin, and Kline and call it a day for FA. Then draft Roquan in the 1st and we are going to the freaking Super Bowl no matter what we do the rest of the draft.

I would say those three signings would be "aggressively prudent" as Lynch said he was going to be.

Ansah 16m/yr
Kline 10-12m/yr
Melvin 8m/yr

We would still have plenty left over after that to roll over for next year and reassess needs. Plus plenty left to extend Goodwin this off-season.

This seems realistic as well. I'm so hyped.

Kline isn't an upgrade to Fusco so it would be silly to sign him to a huge 10m/year deal. I don't think the FO is looking to make lateral moves on the line. They want to upgrade.
IF that is actually the case, then insert whatever G is an upgrade and a fit for our scheme and pay accordingly.

Hahaha...I mean not much you can do if he gets tagged. If he doesn't I hope we go all in.

He's a little better but not a huge upgrade I agree. Fusco isn't gonna take a 1 yr $1.5 deal again either though.

Id be happy to see this

I'd be very much on board with this signing.

Patricia will probably bring the 3-4, I can't see Detroit paying him when he's not a great fit.

Patricia ran a hybrid D in New England. He will make his scheme fit his talent not make his talent fit a specific scheme.

I think everyone would. Ziggy is one of the premier edge rushers in football when he's healthy. I hope we pay that man whatever he wants... once he passes his physical and no red flags pop up.

Only we don't really know what he wants cause bill was running the show there...they moved on from stud defensive players like jones/Collins because they didn't want to pay top talent. I mean they could very well draft a guy like Davenport who might be the next Ziggy and not have to pay top money for a 29 yr old.

Will be interesting for sure

Oh not saying he wants Ziggy. Simply stating I do not think he will have a particular set scheme or base front, instead think he will take a page from his mentors handbook and use that hybrid scheme. In NE the base D changes week to week depending on health and matchups and Patricia has been well versed in this under Bill.
