Ziggy Ansah

Don't listen to the Better Rivals podcast if you like Ansah lol.

Did they say Ansah only had seven more pressures from edge than Solomon? That can't be right. Maybe I misheard. I can't play it back right now.

I love those guys but Oscar also thinks we should sign butler who isn't good in zone. And he thinks Brieda can be a feature back lol. They're usually spot on, though they rely on PFF way too much.

Definitely.

You heard it correctly. Ansah had 37 pressures and S Thomas had 30.

those guys at least do their research. That's a very eye opening fact. Not sure how many games Ansah missed, but we know Thomas missed a few games.

that's awful
He's really not that good but I'd take him over what we have.

with a big bucks multi year deal?
Age doesn't matter. Dumervils 34 and had a decent enough season.

This as long as the money is right. I know we got money to spend but we might have to hold on for another year

Yeah they did they also left out that he only had 321 pass rush snaps this yr though.

I really like David and their podcast, but he was or might still be part of PFF and really it's all analytics with him.... seems like their approach to FA is bargain bin shopping much like our last GM.

I mean Junior Galette is their pick come on now.

I've been big on saying constant pressure is more important than sacks ( plenty of people disagreed with me)...That was something that Aaron lynch was always pretty damn good at doing, but we all hate him for not getting the sack lol.

I also don't think they really take into account who was around Ziggy. There's a bunch of nothing there imo. Ngata is far from who he was in Baltimore and they have no other pass rushers.

If I'm bringing in Ziggy, it's with the idea that if he can generate 10+ sacks with who was around him in detriot, then why couldn't he do at least that (along with more pressures) with guys like buck/Thomas/AA there
Junior Galette is in the draft. His name is Ogobofdaf Okkofadfoadgksfasfgs.
