Similar thing will happen to Bell if he shows up in pitt. Might not be as severe as an achilles, maybe more like a hammy strain. Very tough to replicate game shape working out on ur own away from the team.

Man this sucks. Hope he gets one more chance, but this is probably the nail in the coffin. Always felt like he could have been better... didn't get utilized to the best of his abilities

Isn't it about time for him to come back? Would anyone be interested in bringing him in for the year. Give him a prove it year. No risk really.
He might not be the same player but If we don't, Get ready to see him get a shot on the patriots. They love bringing in almost any established WR to see if they still got it.

I was thinking he could be a solid player for third downs, jimmy throwing in tight windows to him.
Unless he's really that horrible now where he couldn't pull that off.
