exactly. we have young talent, why do people think bringing in old has beens is going to help? let the young guys play, we have a lot invested already, time to see what they can do. im confident in the wr group we have and cant wait to see them play, one thing i dont want to see is sideline drama and thats the main thing youre going to get with DB or AB, no thanks.

Im all for letting the young guys play, but remember we are in a SB window right now, so we cant just wait for the youngsters to develop. A proven veteran presence might help us right now.

yea but is dez really that guy? We need to add the right vet, not just any vet.

DEZ can be THAT guy... crap, how much HUMBLE PIE does he need ??

Dez hasn't played in like 2-3 years, he wouldn't bring anything to the team, except take Playing Time from younger WRs.

He's also coming off a torn Achilles, that probably has zapped all his speed.

He never really had speed to begin with...

Truth

I don't see it ever happening.

By season end - DeeBo was playing like an experienced vet

McK is a seasoned vet

Emmanuel was a teacher and a role model - we are OK in my opinion.

I honestly wouldn't mind it if they did sign Bryant (which they're not) but I like Jaron Brown better. So I think the 9ers are pretty set at WR for now.

I don't see much potential in Brown, always just been blah. I can't remember one good game he had against us or him ever even being brought up. At least Dez has the potential to have a decent season, I don't see the same in Brown.
Would you rather see the Niners bring in Dez or Josh Gordon? I don't think either one would ever happen, but in a world of hypotheticals which would you prefer?

Brown has always been in the mix as a depth receiver and a decent one at that. Is Dez Bryant gonna sign for peanuts?? He hasn't been worth more than the league minimum for three years now, especially coming off an achilles injury. People didn't see much potential in Goodwin and he was in reach of being a 1k yard receiver in his 2nd year.

I'd rather let one of the 3 vet WRs we signed play than sign Dez for week 1 and guarantee his salary.
