I'd throw bank at Smith and at Anthony Barr.
Then draft Bosa or Williams depending how the chips fall.

Tevlin smith is an off-ball linebacker. He's not a pass rusher so I still don't see the correlation? Za'Darius is gonna get paid I'm not disagreeing.

What do we have to lose by giving this guy some money? As long as the contract isn't a bad one we have nothing to lose.

Also free agent contracts tend to be larger then contracts given to home grown talent. Olivier Vernon got a 5 year $85M contract a few years ago. I'm assuming Za'Darius(who had similar numbers) will get something like that.

For that kind of Money go After Lawrence,Clowney,Clark.... all are still young and have a couple of contracts to sign before they are done playing... team em up with Bosa or Allen pass rush solved....

None of them will be available once we get to FA so we won't be able to go after them.
