Like I said a page back, I think they want to give the young veterans on the team like DJ Jones, Julian Taylor, Solomon Thomas and Kentavius Street every opportunity to win the starting job. And I also think they're looking to patch up the D-line through the draft. That's my only explanation for not pushing hard to sign a veteran DT.

So I'd forget about hoping to sign Derek Wolfe, Marcell Dareus and any other veteran D-lineman.

All the DT's in FA are poop. Best to stay in house or the draft.

Pretty much, except for maybe Damon Harrison, Marcell Dareus and Derek Wolfe but I'm not sure if they fit the wide-9 or not and they might be too expensive too.

Are you f**king kidding me we couldn't offer this guy $4 million? Unbelievable I guess we just really are waiting for the draft. Unbelievable, did I say this is f**king unbelievable. It's too much to ask to spend $4 million on a player that got the most passes defensed. Denver might just have the best defensive line in football

Miller DPOY elite
Chubb pro bowl
Casey all pro
Harris solid

I guess Baltimore or Seattle will be getting the few decent players that are left on the interior

Then why did they go after Suh?

Wow. We couldn't up that just tiny bit and sign this guy. Yeeeeeah. This sucks.

We could. Easily. But they have their parameters, I guess.
Just wow. We're paying 4 RBs more than this

So annoying
You guys have to remember that the player has to want to come here as well.

Not always about the money.

True true BUT it was clearly about the cash with Harris, he fired his agent because he wasn't getting what he was looking for in FA

Yeah enough with defending the front office, fans cannot pick and choose their battles especially when it's inconsistent. This guy performed it better than Suh and he is less than half as much. I don't know many players that would not want to go to the Niners with their culture and their winning organization. Not to mention he would probably love to be on a line like we have.

I get wanting to give DJ Jones and Solomon Thomas a chance but then why would they go after Suh. So disappointing. We better nail this f**king draft
