Lynch has always been pragmatic and fair when it comes to disclosing this type of information to the media.

With Buckner and Armstead, he mentioned he'd love to keep both but needs to be prudent on cap management. AA provided the better contract and Buckner was shipped.

Only one on the list I truly buy is Tartt - we just extended Ward and may want to give Moore an opportunity to start full time. Also provides the least amount of negative cap hit.

That's not how it always works. If their names are coming up in potential trades then it could be the other teams we're talking to who are leaking it.

This thread was created in the nfl forum (but it added goodwin to this list)

I like the idea of moving goodwin and ford. But i would keep tartt and alexander. Alexander is the heart and soul of this defense TBH.
