Probably gonna be very disliked comment but gonna say it. Trent Williams will ask for $20+ million per year. With that amount of money you could sign Villanueva ( Steelers LT) and Mack. Might have change left over. This should allow FO to go after a QB.

Maybe if you prefer quantity over quality. Trent Williams was a top left tackle in the NFL last season, Villanueva has been declining since 2019 and ranks behind Williams as both a run and pass blocker.

No doubt that Williams is a better LT
There will also be players who become cap casualties. Ford and Richburg post June 1st cuts should save an additional $23 million for signing cap casualties after June 1st. Salary cap guru will make it work. I hope. Jets, Jags, Colts, and 10 other teams have more money to spend than the 49ers. Hope Williams will sign but Saleh does want him in NY.

This doesn't include the expected wave of cap casualties. We could see talented players become newly added on this list soon.
Truth
I hope we can afford a few good ones (DB and Oline)...

This may be a dumb question but who would fetch more on the open market: Lawson or Okwara?

Wow! This is pretty bad if quality *edge rushers* are getting on the free agent market. Good! Then ShanaLynch will profit from all the covid cap pain!

The worst athlete in the NFL probably not a good fit for Kyle or Salehs teams.

Oh he's a damn good Tackle in a power run scheme like what Harbs used to run here. But in a scheme where tackles have to block in space and do more athletic things he would likely struggle like Trent Brown did. Don't get me wrong I think he's a phenomenal Tackle but I don't think here is a good fit.
