Carr is being shopped around 1 more time. Would trading for Carr and saving $6 million on cap space next 2 yrs be an upgrade from Jimmy G?? Jimmy doesn't have anymore guaranteed money on contract so restructuring his deal will also help with cap space needed to resign free agents and maybe a good center or guard. Which option would you take??

Seriously Carr is horrendous under pressure and is extremely inconsistent. No way. He's also got a great rb and OL and good coach.

My top not too expensive FAs to replace some vets who might be leaving.
(OC) Alex Mack (W.Richburgh)
(ED) Haason Reddick (D.Ford)
(CB) DJ Hayden/Xavier Rhodes (R.Sherman)
(NCB) Mike Milton/Brian Poole (K.Williams)
(DT) Kevin Givens (DJ Jones)
(RB) Jeff Wilson (T.Coleman)
Can't depend on all rookies to fill all holes, should be a mixture of both FA & Draft.

Haason Reddick is coming off a season where he had 13 sacks after the Cards finally stopped trying to make him play MLB. He's about to get PAID. In retrospect the Cards blew it by not picking up his 5th year option.

He'll get his share but it won't be as much as most big named players who are going to be available this offseason.

$13-15 mil isn't a lot? Arizona is considering tagging him.

With all this movement/veterans getting cut need to add another edge rusher to pair w/ Bosa - has to be a priority!
Webzone article has SF getting Mack (no surprise), resigning Trent Williams, and adding Breshard Perriman and Desmond King
Every FA seems like Shanalynch target 1 player heavily on day 1 (ala Richburg in 2018, Kwon in 2019) - wonder who they go for this year?

I doubt he gets that much in the open market unless franchised tagged by the Cards.
