McCaffrey made Jimmy G look like a top 10 QB, and Brock made our offense look like a top 3 offense. So both, IMHO.

Eh he didn't look like that vs Chargers or Saints. Contrast that to how Brock looked vs the Steelers. It's been both but the QB upgrade is pretty substantial.
