If signed bc he was released does he count against comp picks negated or evened out still ?
Lewan sounds like the kind of injured player that would fit right in.

Would he switch to RT?

It doesn't sound like he'd want to play right tackle. He said he can only play left tackle and described himself as garbage at right tackle.

Good share..

People may say I'm a LT as that is code for I want more $$$. LTs earn a lot more. I can understand why he wouldn't want to be thought of as a RT. The distinction could cost you many millions of dollars.

That said, he's considering retirement is my understanding and if he plays, perhaps he will prioritize a contender over top dollar or remaining an LT..

He's probably going to retire but I'm not sure he would want to play right tackle, besides he's much better at left tackle. He's missed I believe 30 games the last three years so that would be a big no unless he signs for a really cheap deal

Bring back Arden Key. He won't have to use this dinky little boombox in SF.

I actually think losing Key was a mistake. He was our best interior rusher two years ago besides AA.

Is he a FA?

Yeah he's a free agent. He only signed a one year deal with JAC last season for $4. I'd gladly give him something comparable to that.
Michael Brockers got released. no clue why he was inactive so many games in detroit and if he is just washed
AJ McCarron as a backup QB
The Athletic's Jay Morrison writes S Jessie Bates is "as good as gone" from the Bengals.

Bates was a good solider and played last year on the franchise tag, he'll likely be one of the NFL's biggest free agents this offseason with a number of teams pursuing safety help. The Bengals drafted Dax Hill last offseason to take Bates' spot and though Bates has said he'd love to return to Cincinnati, the actions are speaking louder than the words on Cincinnati's desire (or lack thereof) to give him a long-term deal.
The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec writes Ravens S Chuck Clark looks like "a trade or cut candidate."

Clark was rumored to be on the trade block last offseason after Baltimore signed Marcus Williams and drafted Kyle Hamilton in the first round. He enters the final year of his contract extension with a $6.7 million cap hit. Baltimore could save $3.4 million by cutting Clark or $4.1 million by trading him. Clark has been steady, if not sensational, over the past four years for the Ravens in a major role.

Would rather they draft a rookie then rely on another Josh Johnson caliber of QB, not sure McCarron is even that.
