going off this a few players I'd be looking at for those numbers are
Jermaine Eluemunor OT 3.75 mil a year (Bridge Tackle)
A'Shawn Robinson DT 2.5 mil a year (Run stopper)
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo DE 5.5 mil a year (a legit threat opposite of Bosa)
Rodney McCleod FS 2 mil a year (vet who like Ward will play disciplined)
I like this group. Yes or No, What do you guys think of Isiah Wynn? He's only 26 but been injured quite a lot on his rookie contract. If he's healed, buy low and shouldn't be too expensive to stash.
I like to think myself as the Jason Verrett hype train conductor and I am now officially out on injury plagued players.
Lol. So true. Mcgovern/Bradbury an upgrade at C or are we good with Brendel?

We will have to be good with Brendel. Assuming you meant the Jets' McGovern, the two you mentioned are both projected at $12M/yr. Brendel earned a bit over $1M this season. He should get something in the $4M range.

I agree we should be good with Brendal right now. I also think Burford will improve and help Brendal along the line. The two positions of need right now are DT and Slot CB cause I don't think Jimmie Ward is coming back. Hopefully they can re-sign Moseley and install Lenoir in the slot. Then again I think we are gonna have to see who the DC is first.

You'd think Brendel wouldn't be too much to keep so I assume we do that.
Pocic would be an interesting option if for whatever reason we didn't/couldn't keep Brendel.
Around 7mil per year, but only one real good year in a contract year is always a little iffy.

I don't think we should be counting out Womack for the slot either.

Yeah. I'm trying to figure out why ppl have forgotten about him. I don't really like the idea of relying on Brendal for another year.

I'm not counting out Womack. He's my pick to win the spot and have a breakout year like Huf did, maybe not to the same degree, but he'll be that guy we saw a little of in year 1 who becomes a consistent starter year 2.

I see him as good depth and dime situations. I wouldn't count on him as a starter just yet.

This team needs to invest in a legit DT opposite of AA and another edge. Also hope Burford continues to get better, I'm fine with Brendel unless they think they have someone better in mind and find a replacement for MM, whenever our season ends it's because our oline falls apart it's time John and Kyle get it right. We need to be dominant in the trenches and we will finally end that bs 28 year drought, we have more than enough talent at the skill positions even tho I want another playmaking TE

Yeah I was just writing in the other thread that a core of AA, Givens, Kinlaw, Davis, and a vet ( Greg Gaines or Derek Nnadi) with a rookie ( Roy from LSU, Karl from Bowling Green or Keantu from Wisconsin) would be nice, I think a great 4-5 man rotation is better then 2 great DT.

They have a huge hole at safety if Gipson retires and Ward goes.

DE Dre'Mont Jones from the broncos would be a nice young guy to sign imo

If not Dre'Mont Jones I was thinking Zach Allen from the Cards defense.
