Trade for Chase Young

If I'm Lynch, I make a trade for Chase Young. It's clear the Commanders don't value him or want him. Throw one of our 3rd round picks and a 5th next year for Young. We would be unstoppable with him as a bookend on the opposite side of Bosa. I would sprinkle in Drake Jackson as a backup if Young gets injured. Give Young one year with Kocerek and he would be rolling.
hell nah. Another mid hyped up qb from a paid up college.
If that's all it would cost then f**k yes.
I'd imagine his value is quite a bit higher than that, even if he is on the last year of his deal on a team that doesnt appear to be completely sold on him. It's kind of hard for me to take serious a post that in the same paragraph says he's only worth a third rounder and change but that he's also going to be an unstoppable bookend ready to destroy the league. It's not like he wasn't playing next to premier talent in Washington.

Young has started 11 games in two seasons. I didn't know that. But there's no way Washington is gonna help strengthen the 9ers even more unless it's for a 2024 1st round pick.

I think the Commanders are done with him cause he re-aggravated his ACL injury at Von Millers edge rusher off season camp.

not sure he's available. the reason they didnt pick up his 5th yr was to motivate him. WAS did the same thing with Payne last year. worked out great. it's how Riverboat Ron operates.

The problem other than the missed games is that Young has looked bad in those 11 games. I think i read he has 1.5 sacks.

I'd offer them Kinlaw and maybe a late rd pick for him.

It was never confirmed and some reporters said it was false but he took a long time to recover from the the ACL.
I see these pie-in-the-sky trades and #55 comes to mind, Dee Ford.
Next years DL rebirth project?
Eh, we need someone else on the edge. He's still very athletic. But why would they give him away for what we have to offer?
