Depends when he retires I guess. To me the best LT is the Lions LT, outside of Trent.

maybe the return of McG in a few years

SHUT YOUR DIRTY MOUTH!!!!
Has he expressed retirement? He's getting up there in age but he doesn't really appear to be slowing or breaking down. Hopefully he's chasing a ring before he hangs them up
Likely going the way of the draft, but don't go in expecting anyone to truly replace Trent Williams though it is looking early like a very good class. As for FA targets, I'd be looking at Mekhi Becton as a supremely talented individual who just hasn't been able to stay healthy and get his career started, and who might be an affordable project for us as a result.

The Kinlaw of OL
"It's ruinous for the soul to be anxious about the future and miserable in advance of misery, engulfed by anxiety that the things it desires might remain it's own until the very end. For such a soul will never be at rest, by longing for things to come it will lose the ability to enjoy present things."

Kelvin Banks plz in 2025
Hopefully another FA tackle hits the market because we are horrible at drafting O-line & QB's.

Well, the last two attempts, Purdy and Banks, aren't working out too badly! I am not sure there will be another Trent Williams though. It's the draft.
Then Jaylon Moore time?

It's pretty bare out there. Jonah Williams could be an option, but he's better as a RT or G in our scheme.

Josh Jones is a former 3rd round pick that's started a bunch of games in this league. We know him well during his AZ days, and now he's starting in HOU is a similar scheme as ours. Similar story for Matt Peart.

Trent Brown is also a free agent. But he's not a fit for our scheme.

There's a shortage of good OL talent in this league. I'd imagine all of them will be overpaid in FA as a result. Look at Andre Dillard. $10M APY and he's struggling in TEN.

We need to draft OL talent.
