Here is my 1 of 4 mock drafts before the Combine and no trades. 49ers have plenty of need in almost every position, these are what they need: QB, ILB/OLB, OL, WR/TE, DT, and RB
Note: QB and OL positions are not rich in talents.
Rd.1: D. Watson QB, Clemson – Has all tangibles for QB: Poise, leadership, big game performer and athletic.
RD.2. H. Reddick OLB/ILB, Temple –6'1" 240 - A very athletic LB can rush and can play inside or outside. Or Charles Harris, DE/OLB, Missouri –6'3" 260. Speed edge rusher with Aldon Smith like frame but with many moves to rush the passer. Could stand up in NFL as OLB in a 3-4 defense.
Rd.3. J. Butt TE, Michigan/ or Everett TE, S. Alabama or Engram, Ole Miss – Athletic Receiving Tight ends. More weapons for Watson. Not sold on McDonald
Rd.4. W. Gallman, RB, Clemson – A receiving and speed RB with kick returning ability. Change of pace back to Carlos Hyde. Or TJ Logan, RB from North Carolina.- pass catcher and speed back.
Rd.5 C. Henderson, WR, Louisiana Tech – Speed WR with hands with punt/kick returning ability or Chad Hansen, WR, Cal- Route running WR with great hands and good speed. Both playmakers
Rd.5 Glasgow, DT Michigan- 6'4' 299, Run stopper and middle clogger. Need depth at NT.
Rd.6 Guillermo, Center, Clemson – 6'4" 300- Watson's Center in Clemson. Underrated center.
Rd.6 M.Lee, ILB, Wake Forest – 6'3" 240 – Athletic ILB with speed – Could use more depth
Rd.7 Damien Mama, OG, USC – 6'4" 325.- Big and massive. Could add depth in a Guard position
Next update in March. Stay tune.

- NFL Pick 'em
Pretty solid. I';d take Harris iwht that 2nd round pick. Only pick i have a issue with is spending a 3rd rounder on Butt.

These mocks get worse and worse everyday that passes.
You didn't address the edge rushing need. Reddick is not an edge rusher in the NFL.
Used an early third round pick on an ACL player.
Damien Mama is not a zone guard. Why is it so difficult for people to understand what is required of the outside zone?

Charles Harris was his alternative pick there.

Since you have it all figured out, please share your mock. Is it really so difficult to not get worked up over a mock draft? He's not pitching this to Lynch as our offseason plan. It's a mock draft. If you think we're going to fill all our needs this offseason, you're going to be severely disappointed.

There are just too many needs to be able to fill in one draft or even one year. Free agents will help. May take at least 2-3 years unfortunately. At same time I don't want 49ers to blow their cap space just to make fans happy. Need to strategically and wisely plan the use of CAP space money.

No. I'm a bay area guy. Just watched a lot of Clemson the past 2 years. I'm familiar with both Gallman and Guillermo. Giving the rounds they may be available, I thought the 49ers may take a flier on these two guys to help Watson along the development. Watson will need at least 1 year to develop, But I really like his poise and leadership along with his athletic and big game performance.

To me, watson is much inferior to winston or prescott as a nfl passing talent.
At best, he looks like a mid-to-late 2nd round guy to me.
