You got off to a bad start...they're not cutting VMac...signed him to a lucrative extension. They're also not cutting Torrey Smith. He'll have a new lease on life in Shanahan's offense. WRT the Cousins trade, it's highly unlikely...if the 'Skins don't reach a long-term agreement with him, they'll just franchise him again. Put yourself in their shoes...why would they let him go so easily...answer: they wouldn't. You need to have some sense of reality in your plan. Do some homework. More on that below. For example:
I can see them going after Chandler Jones...he's a good pass rusher & is just 27. Campbell is a beast, but another DE isn't really what our defense needs at this point. Another pass rusher is. So is a premier NT, like Brandon Williams.
Converting Lacy to FB isn't the answer...signing Pat DeMarco from the Falcons is.
Josh Gordon is a bad risk...all the talent in the world, but he doesn't have the mind to go with it. Now, Terrelle Pryor, that's another story. He's getting better & better each season and...no baggage.
Jacob Tamme's barely an average TE. Ok, he knows the system. But, with guys like Jack Doyle & Luke Wilson available, why settle for average.
Danny Woodhead. He's had some good seasons, but I think his best are behind him...he's now 32. Andre Ellington, 27, Jaquizz Rodgers, 27 & Lance Dunbar, 27 are all younger, faster & have considerably higher ceilings than Woodhead.
In your draft, you talk about Takarist McKinley...and how he'll improve our DL. He's an OLB...pls explain that one.
I like John Ross, but 'Bama totally frustrated him in the playoffs. He'll be facing defenses better than that in the NFL.
I'd take Pat Mahomes over Kaaya any day of the week...why? He's a baller...terrific arm, mobile, accurate and high football IQ. I see him as a player Shanahan would coach up to be a real NFL QB.
Here are a few websites I use for research & reference purposes...check 'em out and see what you think. They should be helpful.

Once you do some homework, reattack your offseason plan. I'll look forward to seeing it.
