draft trade- trade #8 to DET (they get Rueben Foster) for 1-21, 2-21 (53rd overall) and a 3rd in 2018

Yes i know we didn't break the bank like previous #2 picks but it is what it is. still pick up 2 2nds and 2 3rds.

We just gave smith money to play the will so I see no point in going after Cunningham.

Carolina has 2 picks in round 2 it would take both of them and their 3rd! Plus in a draft where starting CBs should be 3 rounds deep we pass when we need 2 if Ward moves to safety! I don't think we need that many LBs!

Again, i now what the trade value chart says. but reality says otherwise.

If we draft a FS then we wouldnt need to move Ward. Which was my plan. Also we just took Redmond ion the 3rd last year and we don't know what he's about because of his injury. He was touted as a 1st rounder last year if it wasnt for his injury.

We literally have no starting LB's on our team. Bowman and Smith yadda yadda yadda. While they may be good to ahve in the class room. That seems to be the extent of where they'll actually help. Which means we have no LB's so swinging on as many as we can will only help. Plus i only took 3. 1 for each position.

Need more offense. I like the first 2 picks though.

49ers Round 2 Pick 2: QB Seth Russell (49ers finally their FQB, this guy was the guy that made those dominant Baylor offense go, we get our Kurt Warner QB who should lead us to the Super Bowl. Has great touch on mobile throws, best footwork on 5 step drops in draft)
49ers Round 3 Pick 66: DE Garrett Sickels We get our edge rusher. John Clayton says this guy is the 'Jimmy Graham of edge rushers'. Bats ball down in a way that Chris Doleman tackled.
49ers Round 4 Pick 109: FB Chad Newell 49ers pick Newell due to the Jets and Cardinals trying to trade up for him. Newell is like a super great version of Tommy Vardell. Kyle can go with a 2 FB 3 WR look, confuse the defense. Newell and Kyle J as fullbacks would cause our O to soar
